Vector is pleased to announce the support for the new NVIDIA DRIVE AGX Thor Developer Kit by providing the reference integration for the Functional Safety Island (FSI) and the companion MCU.
The DRIVE AGX Thor platform is architected for safety, with an ISO 26262 certifiable DriveOS, secure boot, and a tightly integrated FSI, where our MICROSAR Classic Solution takes an essential role.
With our certified MICROSAR Classic solution we enable the realization of safety-critical functions in compliance with ISO 26262 up to ASIL-D. Vector’s long-standing partnership with NVIDIA reflects our joint commitment to advancing safe and intelligent systems.
Our MICROSAR Classic is used as reference integration for the companion MCU ensuring interoperability, scalability, and robust functional safety within automotive systems. Optionally, for automotive application use cases relying on AUTOSAR based functions, MICROSAR Adaptive can be enabled on NVIDIA DRIVE AGX platform.
