PREEvision 26.2 Introduces a New Web Client and Advanced Sequence Diagram Exports

With PREEvision 26.2, we introduce a web client that grants you easy access to project requirements. The initial version supports read-only usage, and we will continuously expand it with additional capabilities. A requirements server, operating as a new component of the PREEvision system architecture, enables the deployment of this functionality.

We enhanced the handling and utilization of sequence diagrams. You can now embed diagrams as placeholders in formatted texts, enabling seamless integration into reports, Excel, and ReqIF exports while ensuring consistency across your documentation. Additionally, you can export sequence diagrams directly as PDF files.

To deliver faster and clearer validation results, we improved naming conventions, messages, and the overall performance for AUTOSAR consistency checks. We also extended the meta model and AUTOSAR import and export functions to align more closely with AUTOSAR concepts. The diagnostic design explorers now feature new columns and additional information to provide deeper insights into your diagnostic data. You can also add internal comments that remain excluded from diagnostic exports.

We optimized memory usage and increased robustness during startup to ensure reliable performance. The new release brings numerous usability enhancements to streamline your daily work. Persistent layout settings ensure that table ratios in explorers remain stable across sessions, and improved visual cues support better readability in reviews.
