Integrity, Quality, Safety – Our Standard
Compliance at Vector: Acting Responsibly
At Vector, everything we do is guided by applicable national and international laws. Our values are the foundation. They inform binding principles of conduct, which we have set out in our Code of Conduct. This code defines the standard for ethical behavior – in addition to all legal and operational requirements.
Whistleblowing System: Report Violations Safely
Integrity requires transparency. That's why we encourage employees, business partners, and other third parties to report potential violations of our principles, laws, or company policies – anonymously if preferred.
Vector ensures the greatest possible protection for whistleblowers and treats all reports with strict confidentiality – unless disclosure is required by law.

Reporting Channels Include:
- the Compliance Office by email at compliance@vector.com
- by mail to our headquarters in Stuttgart: Compliance Office, Holderäckerstraße 36, 70499 Stuttgart, Germany
- by phone: +49-711-80670-0, then ask to be connected to the Compliance Office
- in person: please schedule an appointment with our Compliance Office
- for employees: additionally via an anonymous form on the intranet
