AUTOSAR Platforms
AUTOSAR Classic Platform
The Classic Platform is designed for resource-constrained microcontrollers and real-time applications. It enables deterministic behavior and direct hardware access, making it the preferred choice for safety-critical functions, sensor/actuator integration, and high-frequency control tasks.
AUTOSAR Adaptive Platform
The Adaptive Platform extends AUTOSAR to high-performance computing environments. Based on POSIX operating systems, it supports dynamic applications, over-the-air updates, and service-oriented architectures. Typical use cases include highly automated driving and compute-intensive software functions.
