VN1530/VN1531

High Performance for CAN / CAN FD and LIN via PCIe

The VN1530 and VN1531 network interfaces provide access to CAN and LIN networks via the PCIe interface.
They are designed for test benches, test computers and rack‑based systems requiring high channel density, performance and precise time synchronization.

VN1530 and VN1531 support analysis, simulation and testing of various automotive components.
They enable reliable validation of communication between ECUs, sensors, actuators and gateways.

High performance remaining bus simulations

The interfaces enable powerful remaining bus simulations with a high number of channels.
This allows complex network scenarios to be represented and tested realistically.

Measurement and calibration of ECUs via XCP

VN1530 and VN1531 support measurement and calibration of ECUs via the XCP protocol.
They enable accurate and efficient data acquisition over CAN and LIN.

End of line testing and flashing

The interfaces are suitable for end‑of‑line testing and flashing in production and test environments.
They support reproducible workflows with high interface performance.

Precise timing analysis of communication data

VN1530 and VN1531 enable detailed time‑based analysis of communication data.
This allows investigation of signal and message timing with high precision.

Setups with a high number of CAN and/or LIN channels

Due to their flexible channel architecture, the interfaces are designed for setups with many CAN and LIN channels.
They are particularly suited for test benches and rack‑based systems with high bus density.

  • Stress functionality, for example disturbance of dominant and recessive bits
  • LIN flash mode with data rates up to 300 kbit/s

  • Support of SENT (starting with CANoe/CANalyzer version 12.0)
  • Hardware‑based and software‑based time synchronization
  • Operation of up to 16 VN1530 and 16 VN1531 interfaces within one PC
