● Hardware Integration

Vector's extensive product portfolio is available for the selection of I/O modules, network interfaces and the real-time execution platform. Additional components such as power supplies for the SUTs, legacy test systems and custom hardware such as original loads are integrated via the comprehensive number of supported interfaces and with a large number of driver libraries for 3rd party hardware.
 

● Configuration

With CANoe, the central simulation and test tool, you can easily configure all I/O and network modules required for your application and integrate simulation models. This allows you to tailor the system exactly to your needs and to optimize it for your specific task.

Customized HIL Test Systems

Standardized test systems are often not sufficient to meet the diverse and complex requirements of modern embedded systems. With Vector's customized HIL test systems, you get a complete solution that is precisely tailored to your needs. Our customer project team will be happy to assist you.

  • The customer requirements analysis is the first step in the process and lays the foundation for the success of the project. Together we determine the specific requirements for your HIL test system.

  • In the specification phase, we create a technically sound plan. We select the I/O and network modules and other components, PCs, power supplies, loads, etc. that are suitable for your SUT.

  • The development phase marks the beginning of the actual work phase of the HIL project, in which the planned activities are implemented. Depending on the application and environment, the rack is individually designed with front panels for various connections, cooling, safety concept, operating units and storage options.

  • Assembly takes place in the Vector HIL test system manufactory. Your test system is assembled based on the project proposal drawn up during the consultation. On request, we are able to manufacture each test system in small series and deliver it worldwide.

  • Upon completion and delivery, we will initiate the commissioning of the HIL test system with you in your laboratory. Each test system will undergo an automatic wiring test using a mobile acceptance test box. This process also facilitates seamless recommissioning after laboratory transportation, for example.
