Steering and Brake HIL Test Rigs
Test your steering or brake ECU efficiently: The proven Vector toolchain - CANoe, DYNA4 and Vector HIL hardware - is combined with MdynamiX test benches to an ideal test setup.
The real rack, steering column or brake hydraulics are operated with virtual test drives in DYNA4 in closed-loop mode. This allows to run maneuvers as in a real vehicle providing realistic loads to your components under test.

The steering test rig actuators are controlled by the MXSteerCon Box which interfaces to the Vector HIL hardware. The remaining bus simulation is implemented in CANoe, which integrates the DYNA4 virtual test drive software and test units generated in vTESTstudio.
