Service-Oriented Vehicle Diagnostics (SOVD) provides a standardized API for diagnosing modern software-based and traditional mechatronic vehicles.
Our API provides an easy-to-handle yet powerful way to create SOVD tests. It is leveraging the full range of CANoe’s test and validation features, including the test framework, reporting engine, and analysis tools such as the Trace and Data windows.
The CANoe implementation of the SOVD client API is used as a runtime environment for the execution of automated tests generated by CANoe.DiVa. It can also be used to implement specific SOVD tests, including fault injection, negative testing, and stress testing.
